Kevin Garrette

Welcome! I'm Kevin Garrette, your local State Farm agent proudly serving Tomball, Texas and the surrounding Houston area. I'm excited to bring my agency to this community and to be more than just an insurance office — my goal is to build lasting relationships people can count on for years to come.

I'm a Louisiana native, born and raised in the small town of Franklin, Louisiana. I graduated from LSU with a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, where I was also a cheerleader and competitive powerlifter — two things that taught me a lot about discipline, teamwork, and pushing through when things get tough. While my path led me into insurance and financial services rather than science, that same curiosity and attention to detail carries over into how I take care of my customers. I want to be able to sit down with families and business owners and have a real conversation about their full financial picture, from everyday coverage to long-term planning.

A little about me personally: I'm still an LSU fan through and through (Geaux Tigers), and I stay active in the local powerlifting community here in Tomball. At home, I've got my golden retriever, Deuce, who's basically the unofficial mascot of the agency. Outside of work, you'll likely find me at a car meet, a powerlifting event, or building relationships with local business owners — I believe a lot of great conversations happen outside the office.
